 Sr. Cost Manager for a $40 million AV / Infrastructure project at Google’s new office, on the lower west side of Manhattan.  Responsibilities  included bid review, contract review, and oversight of the development of the RFP for the provision of union labor. 

 Sr. Project Manager, of an 11+ million dollar digitally immersive touring experience bringing the Halo video game to life. Managed and coordinated the creative design, production and implementation of this show. Directed both the infrastructure requirements along with the logistics planning required to move this show to multiple convention centers in cities across the country in a very limited time. Development of a custom website and mobile app allowing guests to interact with each other during these events. Creataion of custom media content utilizing digital assets from the game as well as producing content from scratch. Coordinated the talent auditions and acquisition process as it pertained to both the 360-degree movie and the safety videos that were created exclusively for each digitally immersive experience. Built custom software and media for all immersive and interactive experiences including a Virtual Reality version of the Halo game. 

 Construction Manager of a $4 million tennis center renovation within a private athletic club. Oversight of permitting, engineering submittals to the city, contractor scheduling, invoice / change order review, daily contractor coordination, as well as managing daily communications with ownership, club members, and the club maintenance team to ensure there was minimal impact on club members during the ongoing renovations. 

 Sr. Project manager of a $7 million AV project located in Kuwait, liable

for the oversight of client interface, engineering submittals, budget adherence,

logistics, project and resource scheduling, implementation and complete 

coordination of site infrastructure for all technologies. Development of 

custom software and app utilized by tour guides for media and all interactive

experiences. Coordinated weekly on site and virtual meetings with the Princess

of Kuwait, along with her creative team, stakeholder GC, and all other construction trades to ensure all infrastructure and building requirements were adhered to. 

 Sr. Cost Manager responsible for RFP development and bid review, design development, cost estimations, cost management and contract negotiations of the digital technologies of three major theme parks for Samsung / Meraas in Dubai. 

 Sr. Project Manager, managed budgeting, scheduling and system designs for themed entertainment projects. Also managed and designed the AV portion of a 3-D dark ride that was installed in Xiamen, China and worked closely with the concept design team and owner on all projects.

 Director of Technologies with oversight of the design and integration of technical systems for a $300 million, 22- attraction theme park. Created technical budgets, schedules, and SOW’s for each attraction, developed technical specifications defining design standards, fabrication, and installation processes to help regulate methodologies and products that were utilized within the development of the theme park.

 Sr. Project Manager for the  infrastructure systems (both audio and broadcast television) within the sports and entertainment venue. Accountable for the monthly billing, manpower, procurement and  product logistics. Collaborated with city inspectors to ensure code compliance, prepared all change orders, attended daily meetings with the general contractor, owner, developer and other contractors involved. 

 Sr. Project Manager of the AV and immersive interactive experiences that were located throught out the museum. Managed project from Concept through closeout.

 Sr. Project Manager / Design Engineer for the relocation of the AMW studios from the National Geographic Building to the National Museum of Crime and Punishment. Coordinated with the AMW technical staff to ensure all infrastructure and technologies were installed and tested prior to the TV show going live.

 Sr. Project Manager for the upgrade of the technical entertainment systems to allow complete control and monitoring of these systems from their corporate offices located in Orlando Florida.
